We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our operational requirements. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Force majeure includes: natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemic/epidemic, government travel restrictions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, tour, or number of guests):
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. This protects you against unexpected circumstances that may force you to cancel your trip.
